INCINERATION
MATERIAL ENTRY
Receive the Material in Warehouse / Quarantine Area.
Gather and sort pharmaceutical waste materials.
Transport the materials to an appropriate incineration facility.
Check Material Weight, Type and other details
Process
Preheat the incinerator to the appropriate temperature and ensure all safety measures are in place.
Load the waste materials into the incinerator chamber.
Ignite the waste materials using a pilot flame or other appropriate ignition source.
Maintain the appropriate temperature and
oxygen levels to ensure complete combustion.
Monitor the process to ensure that
emissions are within regulatory limits and that the incineration is complete.
MATERIAL EXIT
Allow the incinerator to cool and remove the resulting ash and residue.
Dispose of the ash and residue in an appropriate manner, such as landfill or further treatment.
Document all the process, Issue certificate to the Client.
